Zimbabwe Management

The Management Team of Africa Online Zimbabwe is diverse in culture and experience, bringing to the company a wide range of ideas and knowledge needed for innovation and continuous improvement in service delivery. The team is responsible for the delivery of operating objectives in Zimbabwe.

J. J. Masanga, General Manager

J.J. joined Africa Online Zimbabwe in 2003, Prior to joining Africa Online, J.J. worked as Paynet Director with Paynet Zimabwe Pvt Ltd, Managing Director, IDN Pvt Ltd, Marketing Director, Tinto Agriquip, Marketing Manager, EW Tarry Pvt Ltd, Marketing Manager, Solarcomm (Div of Apex Holdings), Senior Lecturer Telecomms & Electronics, School of Technical Training (Air Force of Zimbabwe), Engineer, WRS Radio, Philips Electrical, Central African Cables. J.J. holds Associate Memberships with the Society of Engineers, Zimbabwe Institute of Engineers, Computers Society of Zimbabwe, Institute of Cost & Executive Accountants (London).

Jonathan Chasakwa, Finance Manager

Jonathan Chasakwa joined Africa Online in May 2002 as Finance Manager. Prior to his appointment he was Divisional Financial Controller for ABB (Pvt) Ltd. His experience includes Delta Corporation , Zimbabwe Spinners and Weaver (Pvt) Ltd and The Cotton Company of Zimbabwe all listed on the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange. Jonathan holds the Bsc Hons Degree in Applied Accounting (UK), is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accounting ACCA (UK) and is currently studying for the Masters in Business Administration with the Oxford University (UK). Jonathan is married with no children.

Edith Mvududu, Sales and Marketing Manager and Team Leader

Edith joined Africa Online Zimbabwe in June 2000 as an Account Manager prior to being promoted to the Sales and Marketing Manager position in June 2003. Prior to this, Edith worked as an Account Manager at both Computer Consumables and CF Tulley. She holds a diploma from the Institute of Marketing Management (IMM, South Africa) and a certificate from the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI, UK) and is currently completing Bachelor in Business Administration with (IMM, South Africa) Edith is married with two children.
